‘In The Flow’ at Cranleigh Arts Centre

Other than the labour I endured in the birth of my 21 year old son, this indiv art expo has to be up there as 1 of the scariest things I’ve, unexpectedly, endeavored to do. Particularly since my mission, for as long as I can remember, has been working on a book to help others diagnosed with BPD.

A massive thank you to the people connected to Creative Response doesn’t even begin to be enough.

This expo has been 5 years in the making. I’ve suffered an array of mental health illnesses since a child. I am now 40. I would never in a million years, thought that through all the knowledge and skills that Creative Response allow you to explore, gave me something I severely lack in, confidence.

Big up thanks for allowing me to communicate through my very eclectic and progressive collection. Hence ‘In The Flow’ seemed to me to be the obvious choice for a name. There literally is something for everyone.

I know what it’s like to be on a tight budget, unfortunately I am unable to work, so pretty much everything has been up-cycled in one way or another.

Thank you for your interest and time over my collection ‘In The Flow’. Hope it brings pleasure to all that go to view it.

Many thanks

Samala (Sam) Willoughby-Greystoke
