Referral to Creative Response
Referrals may be made to Creative Response from Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire and bordering counties through Community Mental Health Teams, Social Services, NHS fund-holders, voluntary or charitable organisations, or private individuals, provided that funding is agreed beforehand.
We also run a one-to-one outreach service for those individuals who are unable to participate within a group.
It is our normal working practice, that purchasers pay for a batch of ten to twelve sessions in advance.
